Uighur and Kazakh horsemen stop and exchange views on the fertile steppes of central asia west of Wulumuqi (on the road to Manas). You will see in this photo that motorcycles begin to supplement, if not replace, horses while the open range is slowly getting fensed in with barbed wire.
