Pinglou in China's Shanxi Province is an important coal mining center, close to the mines at Heidaigou, Anjaling, Daliuta, Majiata and others. Here I am shopping on a grey cold morning, apparently buying something from a women who no more speaks english than I speak chinese. Everybody is having fun.
