I have indeed been fortunate in the places I have seen. The above map clearly indicates a bias towards the western US over the east, a sprinkling over South America and Africa, and Western Europe somewhat better seen. This still leaves Eastern Europe and Central Asia, much of Africa, and Southeast Asia.
