Xinjiang Beer
Xinjiang Beer, named after the province Xinjiang. Xinjiang translates to "New Territory" because it was added late to China, only about 1800 years ago or so. The beer is not so old and it kept me going on my visits to the Bogda Shan. High in the mountains I often had the feeling I was back in Montana so similar is the air, the climate, the vegetation.
